SCHOOL WORKSHOPS

PPL PWR is inspiring the next generation to live sustainably, and empowering them to take the future into their own hands.

This is achieved through a series workshops for students aged 13-16.

The course outlines the basics of renewable technologies (such as wind turbines, solar panels etc), and then presents a choice of sustainability based problems to be solved by student, by designing their own solution, and developing this into a product, through prototyping and manufacture.

In a world in which creativity can often be stifled by an emphasis on perfection, we want to give them the fail fast and get better, learning to accept failure as a first step to success.
